I haven't submitted anything for quite a while. xD;
Been busy with school and band. Sorry about that. xP I started this vector quite a bit back but then I put it on hold after I finished vectoring Ciel. I really liked how it turned out! ^_^ Ah, who doesn't like Lolita Ciel? lol 8D It's strange for me to see a blue, snow background when it's spring and summer is just around the corner. xD; This probably took me about eight hours or so. Sadly, I don't have the information because I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE FOLDER THAT HAD THE WORD DOCUMENT. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
